Beading

While visiting my Mom this summer my 13 year old daughter discovered a love of beading. I found the same love, and now we have something that we do together. I "lifted" a ton of supplies from my Mom, and I discover shopping on ebay. I got in a decent amount of supplies and then split my goodies from Mom's with Kara. This morning I taught her how to thread a needle, and tie a knot in the end, and to tie off at the end of a bead strand. I know she was excited and has already started beading. I am hoping that we can work together on some projects. I am really happy that she enjoys beading as much as I do. My other 2 younger daughters enjoy beading as well, but they are not yet old enough to have their own supply, but it won't be long!
